Next Wednesday, June 15, Companhia Estadual de Transmissão de Energia Elétrica – CEEE -(EEEL3), a subsidiary of CPFL Energia (CPFE3), will pay its shareholders R$ 960 million.
The company has set the date for the payment of the first installment of the dividend to the holders of its shares.
The payment of the second installment, amounting to R$261.1 million, has not yet been scheduled, and is expected to take place until December 30th of this year.
Shareholders positioned in the base on May 26, 2022 will have the right to the earnings. As of the following trading session, on May 27, 2022, the shares started to be traded “ex-rights”.
