Taesa (TAEE11) informed on Wednesday (14), to the holders of the debentures of the 1st series of the 4th issue of debentures all nominative, book-entry, simple, not convertible into shares, of the unsecured kind, that it will make the payment of interest on September 15, 2022, in the total amount of R$14.7 million.
Taesa’s Results for the Second Quarter of 2022
Taesa’s (TAEE11) second quarter 2022 (2Q22) result, released on August 10, showed net income of R$564 million in 2Q22, down -19.2% year-over-year.
Taesa’s Ebitda reached R$706.1 million in 2Q22, down 4.7% compared to 2Q21.
Taesa’s Ebitda margin was 83.3% in 2Q22, up 1.4 percentage points compared to 2Q21.
Taesa’s net margin reached 66.5% in 2Q22, a decrease of -10.6 percentage points compared to 2Q21.
