On Tuesday, September 11, B3 (BVMF:B3SA3) announced its operational results for September, indicating a drop in the financial volume traded, but a rise in the number of investors.

In all, the average daily financial volume was R$ 29.476 billion, a 15.1% decrease over the July 2021 result and also 0.5% over August this year.

The number of CPF registered at B3, however, rose 36.5% year-on-year to 4,560,795. The number of investors in July is also 1.2% higher than in August.

On Tuesday, B3 shares fell 3.30%, to R$ 14.35. In the last 365 days, the papers accumulated an appreciation of 23.26%, but the consensus estimates obtained by Investing.com Brazil indicate a potential gain of 9.97% over the next 12 months, to R$ 15.78.
